A Princetonian Tidbit
Recently at a Princeton alumni playdate
Princeton alum: “We just joined that gym! It’s a great facility. And the owner’s a Princeton alum who seems very nice.”
Non-Princeton alum: “Unfortunately, you can read all sorts of unflattering things about him in the local newspapers.”
Princeton alum: “Really?”
Non-Princeton alum: “He’s a private equity guy. Apparently he buried the original gym owners in debt, then stole their business.”
Princeton alum: “Oh.”
Non-Princeton alum: “Well, what can you expect? He went to Princeton.”
