A Querying Tidbit

I’ve lobbed twenty-three queries so far and here’s where things stand:

• One full request!
• One partial request!
• Sixteen awaiting a response.
• Four definitive GFYs.
• One shot clock expiry.

I’m coming up on thirty days since sending my first handful of queries. A few agents said they respond no matter what, so hopefully I’m in the near-term queue. If not, I’ll circle back and prod for a response. I prefer my rejections cold and brutal, like my wife’s contempt.
